Important Note:

Deposit may be required for certain panel of hospitals mainly for non-medical items (which are not payable under the policy). The amount of deposit may vary according to the estimated cost of treatment.
Also certain hospitals may require deposit prior to admission pending letter of guarantee from MCO.
There are also a handful of doctors (practicing at panel hospitals) whereby cashless facility is not extended to them.
In the event the member is treated by the handful of doctors (where the cashless facility is not extended) OR admitted to hospitals not listed above (non-panel hospitals), the member will have to pay upon discharge and seek reimbursement.
