Type When To Do Forms/Requirements Remarks
6.1 Assignment Anytime when policy is in forced
  1. Absolute Assignment Form or Conditional Assignment Form
  2. Remittance of RM10 for stamping of document

In case of changing the assignee, the requirements are:

  1. Release of Assignment Form
  2. Assignment Form (Absolute or Conditional)
  3. Stamping Fee of RM20
