| 6. Endowment
Maturity Claim |
When
the endowment policy reaches the end of its term. |
- A "Total Payment of Claim
Receipt" for every maturing endowment will be sent to the policy
owner prior to the maturity date.
- The receipt should be signed by the
claimant(s) of the policy and should be returned to the Life Policy
Service Department together with the original Policy Contract.

Basic proof before a maturity claim can be
settled:-
- Proof of survival of the life insured
on the maturity date
- Identity of the person entitled to the
policy money
- Proof of age of the life insured if
there appears to be a serious discrepancy in the age
- Title of payee
