Your PREMIER HEALTH PLAN will end as soon as one of the following happens:

1. Your premium is more than 31 days late.

2. On the 20th anniversary of the date of policy commencement.

3. Upon written notification of cancellation by Malaysian Assurance Alliance Berhad, or

4. If the total benefits paid to the Insured exceeds the Overall Annual Limit for the respective policy year, the Health Benefits portion of your plan will end. Upon termination, your PREMIER HEALTH PLAN has no savings, investment or cash value, then or at any time.
