The PREMIER HEALTH PLAN Medical Card is accepted by all participating hospitals nationwide (see list of current Participating Hospitals).  These hospitals have been invited to participate as "Member Choice Hospitals" and offer certain privileges and benefits to members on admission.

Don't worry about preparing and submitting claims because all expenses under the PREMIER HEALTH PLAN plans will be paid directly to the participating hospitals.  No more hefty bills, just settle the excess charges, if any.  PREMIER HEALTH PLAN makes it easy for all policyholders when they need it most.

PREMIER HEALTH PLAN Accidental Death and Dismemberment

Pays up to the amount shown as per schedule of benefits in the event of accidental death or Partial and Permanent Disability.

PREMIER HEALTH PLAN Natural Death

Pays a lump sum as per schedule in the event of death due to any cause.

PREMIER HEALTH PLAN Comprehensive Blood Test

PREMIER HEALTH PLAN insured persons (excluding children) will be entitled to a yearly free blood examination on Renal Function, Liver Function, GLucose, Urine FEME, Full Blood Profile and VDRL at a Medical Blood Examination Laboratory appointed by the Company.

PREMIER HEALTH PLAN 15 Critical Illnesses (optional)

Pays a lump sum on the first occurrence of one of the 15 serious medical conditions. In the event of a critical illness claim equal to the sum assured, all other cover under your PREMIER HEALTH PLAN will end.
