AGE LIMIT - WHO CAN BUY?

1. INSURED AGE :- Age 1 - 65 years old (as at next birthday age) can purchase this plan.

  • For Insured below age 16 or Student or Housewife, he/she can purchase up to Plan 2 WITHOUT Weekly Indemnity benefit.

If you wish to apply for the FleXi PERSONAL ACCIDENT coverage, just follow the following instructions:-

1. OBTAIN A PROPOSAL FORM
  • You can print a proposal form by clicking here ; or
  • Request a proposal form via email and we will email you the proposal form; or
  • Call/Whatsapp/SMS 012-6597262 for a proposal form.
2. SUBMIT THE PROPOSAL FORM AND MAKING PAYMENT
You may choose any of the following ways to submit your completed form:-

  2. By WHATSAPP - 012-6597262
