 EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM 

International assistance program at your finger tips with your MAA MedicaLife. Just call our 24-hour service hotline: 603-7956 1233 from any part of the world and reverse the call charges.

Services offered are:-

  • International Medical Assistance - emergency medical evacuation, medically supervised repatriation, dispatch of essential medication not available locally, repatriation of mortal remains, return of dependent children and etc.

  • *Travel Assistance - provides information concerning inoculation, visa requirement, assists in location of lost luggage, documents and personal items, weather information, foreign exchange information, arrangement of flights and flights information, legal referral, referral to interpreter/translator and emergency message relay.

  • *Car Assistance - 24 hours emergency towing and minor roadside repair, car rental assistance, arrangement of hotel accommodation and referral to service centre.

  • *Home Assistance - plumbing, locksmith, general repair and pest control assistance.

Note: Services marked with an * (asterisk) are referral services only. Any expenses and/or liabilities incurred for such services shall be borne by the policyholder. These services are provided by a third party and the continuation of these services are subject to the agreement between MAA Assurance and Asia Assistance Network (M) Sdn Bhd.
