Important Note:

• Deposit may be required for certain panel of hospitals mainly for non-medical items (which are not payable under the policy). The amount of deposit may vary according to the estimated cost of treatment.
• Also certain hospitals may require deposit prior to admission pending letter of guarantee from the MCO (Management Care Organisation).
• There are also a handful of doctors (practicing at panel hospitals) whereby cashless facility is not extended to them.
• In the event the member is treated by the handful of doctors (where the cashless facility is not extended) OR admitted to hospitals not listed above (non-panel hospitals), the member will have to pay upon discharge and seek reimbursement.
