Amount Payable: 30% of Sum Assured (Max. RM50,000) |
| An abnormal
opening in the ventricular septum that allows free circulation of blood
from the left side of the heart to the right side. Claims shall ony be
admitted if the condition warrants surgical closure for the reversal of
haemodynamic abnormalities and the prevention of heart failure,
paradoxic embolisation or irreversible pulmonary vascular disease, as
recommended by a qualified Paediatric Cardiologist.
Any child(ren) born within twelve (12) months of the Issue Date of this Supplementary Contract are not covered under this benefit. The benefit is only for children that survive at least thirty (30) days. |
