| The condition in
which the aorta rises from the right ventricle and the pulmonary artery
rises from the left ventricle as diagnosed by a consultant cardiologist.
The diagnosis must be confirmed by an echocardiogram or cardiac
catheterisation.
Any child(ren) born within twelve (12) months of the Issue Date of this Supplementary Contract are not covered under this benefit. The benefit is only for children that survive at least thirty (30) days. |
