SKIN GRAFTING DUE TO BURNS |
Amount Payable: 30% of Sum Assured (Max. RM50,000) including benefit for Skin Grafting due to Skin Cancer |
| The undergoing of
skin transplantation due to accidental burning (3rd degree) affecting at
least 10% of the body surface area as measured by the Lund and Browder
Body Surface Chart.
Correction of facial disfigurement is excluded. The surgery must be, in the opinion of the Company's medical advisor, be deemed medically necessary. This benefit shall be subjected to the same limit of 30% of Sum Assured in force if the skin transplantation was done following a Facial Reconstructive Surgery in respect of the same accident. |
