Any cerebrovascular incident producing neurological sequelae lasting more than twenty-four (24) hours and including infarction of brain tissue, haemorrhage or embolisation from an extra cranial source with evidence of permanent neurophysical deficit. Transcient Ischaemic Attacks (TIAs) are specifically EXCLUDED.
