DEFINITION OF THE DREAD DISEASE -

1.  CANCER

The manifestation of a malignant tumour(s), including Leukaemia, Hodgkin's Disease and Malignant Lymphoma, evidenced to the satisfaction of the Company by a histological diagnosis.  The following are specifically EXCLUDED:

1. all skin cancers except invasive malignant melanomas;

2. all conditions which are histologically described as pre-malignant or cancer-in-situ;

3. stage 1 Hodgkin's Disease;

4. all tumours in the presence of any human immuno-deficiency virus.
